 Venktesh Shukla is a high tech entrepreneur in Silicon Valley. He is on the board of TiE (www.tie.org) and leads TiE Angels, a forum whose members invest in small, startup companies. Shukla has had a long and varied career that includes sales, marketing, and general management experience, and a proven track record of leading companies through rapid growth. . He was most recently the CEO of Nusym Technology, and senior vice president of marketing at Magma Design Automation Inc. Before joining Magma, Shukla was CEO and co-founder of Everypath, a leader in enterprise mobile computing. Previously, he was vice president of marketing at Ambit Design Systems, acquired by Cadence Design Systems, and a marketing executive at Cadence. He holds a Masters in management from MIT Sloan School of Management.  Prakash Bhalerao is a successful high-technology entrepreneur, angel investor, and venture capitalist. He has co-founded and now serves as chairman of several admired and highly sought-after Silicon Valley start-ups, including Amber Networks, Ishoni Networks, Alopa Networks, Ambit Inc., and ECTone. Together, Bhalerao’s companies employ over 700 people in Bangalore, India, and over 4,000 professionals worldwide. After being awarded the gold medal from Indore University, Bhalerao began his career at Digital Equipment Corporation (DEC) as a CPU designer. He has also done his Master’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the Worcester Polytechnic Institute in Massachusetts.  Dr. Prabhakar (Prabhu) Goel is an active private venture investor and is on the Board-of-Directors of several startup companies in the Bay area. Some of his first round investments include, RightWorks (acquired by i2), Exodus, Versata, Synplicity, and Everest Design. Dr. Goel was Division President and Director of Cadence Design Systems, Inc., the World's largest EDA software company. Nine years before joining Cadence, Dr. Goel was the Founder/CEO/Chairman of Gateway Design Automation Corporation, which was acquired by Cadence Design Systems in 1989. Dr. Goel was recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year from New England in 1990. Prior to Gateway, He held management and technical positions at IBM and Wang Labs. At IBM, he received several Invention Achievements Awards and the IBM Corporate Award for Outstanding Innovation. He graduated from IIT Kanpur and received a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University in 1974. He served as a Betar emissary to North America, and was a director of the settlement department of the World Zionist Organization. A former deputy head of the Ma'ale Adumim council, he was placed 23rd on the Likud list for the 1999 elections, but missed out on a seat as the party won only 19 seats. Vinita Reddy has received M.S. degree in Physics and Electronics from University of Delhi, India, and M.S.E.E. degree from University of Wisconsin, Madison, in 1984. Mrs. Reddy has over 20 years of experience in Semiconductor Chip Design and Development, covering a range of discrete memory products and high end microprocessors. She held various Design and Management position at Philips Semiconductor and Sun Microsystems, California, USA. Born on 2nd October, 1958, he had his early education in the State of Orissa, graduating in sciences from Utkal University.
